#there's a saying in chinese that you can bever retrive the water which you have poured out. Whenever a hurtful remark or action is made, the damage cannot be undone. It's just like pouring out a bowl of cereal and afterwhich decide against eating the cereal and pour the cereal back into the box. Not every tiny crumbs can be retrived. Instead, they remain as evidence of what one has done.
